UNIT -2- EFFERVESCENT FORMULATION

This Effervescent Unit manufacturing facilities having certified by WHO GMP. Also this facility is designed as per cGMP and other regulatory guidelines like USFDA, MHRA & EUGMP etc.

All facilities are equipped with advance automation process like Automatic Granulation, Compression machine with AWC (Automatic Weight Control) & Auto Rejection Process. All activities area has been prevention through Physical and Pressure barriers like Door interlocking systems and segregated dehumidified area for avoiding the Contamination and Cross Contamination. Facilities are designed with unidirectional ow of Men and Materials movement and individual areas are designed with segregated dehumidified with automatic data recording monitors process control like Differential Pressure, Temperature & Humidity.

All of our facilities has HVAC system through controlling of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
